BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team. Training is provided to earn the RBT certification, with in-home services and flexible scheduling for part-time positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required; training provided to earn certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team with individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build families' connections.
