Behavioral Progression invites motivated individuals to join our team as RBTs providing therapy to clients with behavioral needs. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with training and supervision to grow clinical skills and positively impact lives.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required and ongoing supervision will be provided.
• Experience with behavior plans and data collection is preferred.
• Ability to train caregivers and complete proficiency checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans and receive supervision.
• Participate in caregiver training and provide feedback on plan implementation.
• Graph client data, generate monthly reports, and conduct data analysis.
• Assist with functional assessments and behavior plan updates under supervision.
