Job summary

Ivy Health, Coastal Behavior Consulting (Ivy Rehab Network), is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support ABA therapy services. You will assist with documentation, billing, interventions, and treatments under a licensed BCBA, helping children and families learn new skills and apply effective autism therapies.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring positive attitude, excellent communication, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changing workload.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills.
