Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in Des Moines, IA. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings and support skill development under clinical supervision.

We offer part‑time opportunities with same‑day pay, career advancement, and a supportive team. A commitment to six months is preferred, with paid training provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
