Job summary

Maze of Life Resource Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our ABA program serving Will and DuPage Counties, Illinois. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and help build a program aimed at improving outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification through BACB required.
• High School Diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within Will and DuPage Counties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy following supervision by a BCBA.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Collect accurate behavioral data during every session.
• Maintain session documentation per Maze of Life policies and payer requirements.
• Assist with behavior intervention implementation and reinforcement of positive behaviors.
• Communicate progress with supervising BCBAs and participate in team meetings.
