Job summary

Maze of Life Resource Center is seeking compassionate, dependable RBTs to join our expanding ABA program serving Will and DuPage Counties, Illinois. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping build a program that positively impacts families and communities.

This role emphasizes collaboration with a growing behavioral health team, data collection, and adherence to BACB ethics and organizational policies; travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2-year degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel across Will and DuPage Counties.
• Must be able to travel within Will and DuPage Counties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
• Collect accurate data on behavior and treatment progress.
• Maintain session documentation per Maze of Life policies and payer requirements.
• Assist with behavior intervention implementation.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using ABA techniques.
