Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Iowa seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join our ABA team. Provide one-to-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

You will collaborate with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans and monitor progress. We value flexibility with part-time schedules, Same Day Pay, and opportunities for advancement with BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before starting work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a home-based setting.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm with families.
• Strong communication with clients' families and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster positive learning environments and engage families in progress.
