Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations. You will implement skill-building and care plans under supervision, recording accurate data and supporting families to promote independence.

Ideal candidates will hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and calmness in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Strong patience and compassion, with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Join a robust clinical team to support client progress and independence.
