Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team, providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, while recording data and reporting progress under clinical supervision.

We offer part-time positions with Same Day Pay, paid training, and opportunities for professional advancement through BCBA schooling programs. A high school diploma and RBT certification (before working) are required, with a supportive, patient team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before starting work.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately and report progress to the clinical team.
