Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Iowa team and support clients with evidence-based ABA interventions on a flexible part-time schedule.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, help implement skill-building plans, and record session data. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with RBT certification before working. Paid training is provided to new hires.
