Heartland ABA seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. We offer part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and a strong clinical support network.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, record progress with electronic tools, and collaborate closely with families and our clinical team. Ideal candidates bring RBT certification, a passion for helping children with autism, and the ability to stay calm and patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
