Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building and care plans, while accurately recording session data using electronic devices.

The role requires an RBT certification before working, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping children with Autism. Paid training is provided and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

• RBT certification is required before working.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
