Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Nebraska team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, support evidence-based skill-building, and track progress to help children reach their goals in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is preferred or required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
