Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Nebraska. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, support independence, and implement care plans under supervision.

We offer same-day pay, flexible part-time schedules, professional advancement opportunities, and a supportive clinical team. Paid training is provided to new RBTs to help you start making a difference with children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
