heartlandbehavior in Nebraska is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

We offer same-day pay, flexible part-time scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA partnerships.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and be passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Experience with ABA services is a plus but paid training is provided.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
