Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Nebraska team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, and you will implement skill-building plans under supervision while recording data accurately.

We offer Same Day Pay, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling programs. Paid training is provided with a supportive clinical team and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working with clients.
