Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn, with a willingness to contribute to a collaborative clinical team and build strong family connections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
