Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, calm under pressure, and willing to learn. RBT certification is required before working.
