Job summary

B Above Services in Fountaintown, Indiana is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. This role offers flexible hours, both full-time and part-time, and hands-on work with children to build meaningful skills.

As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, implement plans designed by a BCBA, and contribute to data collection and progress tracking while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track progress
• Collaborate clinical team members
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care
• Partnering with families to create meaningful change
• Creating fun, structured, and engaging sessions
