Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings across Honolulu and Windward O‘ahu. You will work under supervision to implement individualized programs and collect data on progress.

Qualifications include an active RBT certification (or enrollment in a course), a High School Diploma, and current First Aid/CPR. Training is provided for program components and supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (some college preferred).
• Active RBT certification or enrollment in an RBT course.
• Current First Aid & BLS/CPR certifications (within the last 6 months).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance/safety/registration.
• Reliable phone, computer, and internet access.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• At least one year working with children (preferred).
• Experience with ABA programs (DTT, VB, PECS, PRT, RFT, SBT) preferred but not required—training provided.
• Access to military installations is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 1:1 ABA services using evidence-based methods (e.g., DTT, NET, VB, PRT, RFT).
• Implementing Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and components of the PFA model (Level 2 training provided to all staff; Level 3–4 training provided to providers who demonstrate interest and promise—paid in full by the company).
• Running group-based skill-building sessions for 4–7 participants when qualified.
• Collecting and recording data using company-issued iPads.
• Collaborating with BCBAs, supervisors, and families.
• Maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all service settings.
