Job summary

ABA STEPS is seeking full-time RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA services across the Honolulu and Windward areas. You will implement evidence-based methods (DTT, NET, VB, PRT, RFT) and collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and families.

Positions are field-based with about 30 hours per week (up to 40), Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with some Saturday work as needed. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (some college preferred).
• Active RBT certification or enrollment in an RBT course.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services using evidence-based methods (e.g., DTT, NET, VB, PRT, RFT).
• Implement Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and PFA Level 2/3-4 training provided (paid by company).
• Run group-based skill-building sessions for 4–7 participants when qualified.
• Collect and record data using company-issued iPads.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and families.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all service settings.
