Job summary

Easterseals Northern California seeks a Program Supervisor to conduct assessments, design and implement ABA programs, and provide direct services to children with ASD and other diagnoses. You will supervise caregivers, partner with families, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams across telehealth, in-clinic, and in-home sessions in the Bay Area region.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and ABA experience, with knowledge of VB-MAPP/SSIS/FAST and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 2 years of ABA experience required.
• Candidates with at least 12 semester units in ABA will be considered if close to meeting the experience requirement.
• Significant knowledge of ABA and familiarity with community resources serving children.
• Experience implementing and/or designing ABA programs for individuals with ASD.
• Fluency in American Sign Language or a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and identify client strengths and target behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
• Provide direct ABA services and teach new skills to clients.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams; supervise and mentor caregivers.
• Maintain client records and progress notes; ensure data-based decision making.
• Stay current with ABA research and participate in professional development.
