Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Program Supervisor to conduct ABA assessments, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide direct services to children with ASD across multiple California sites including San Jose.

You will supervise caregivers, work with families, and participate in multidisciplinary teams, ensuring data-driven decisions and ongoing professional development in ABA.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 2 years of ABA experience required.
• Candidates with at least 12 semester units in ABA will be considered if they are close to meeting the experience requirement.
• Significant knowledge of ABA as a discipline, familiarity with field resources and agencies that serve children.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming, EFL) to identify client strengths and target behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and ABA best practices.
• Provide direct ABA services to clients, implementing interventions and teaching new skills.
• Supervise and mentor caregivers and direct care staff, ensuring treatment fidelity and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed.
