Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• BCaBA certification or higher required.
• State-specific credentials may be required by location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
