Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Supervised experience under relevant state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain performance standards and compliance with company policies.
• Manage scheduling and support staffing needs.
• Ensure accurate completion of required documentation.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards.
