Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for a LABA/Program Manager based in Eastsound, Washington. This role involves overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery while ensuring continuous care and team growth. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours, and one year of applied behavior analysis experience needed.
• Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.

• Coordinate with teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
