Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager in Silverdale, WA. This role involves overseeing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery and ensuring continuity of care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment and leadership skills while supporting their teams' professional growth.

Responsibilities include managing service delivery and compliance with standards, as well as mentoring supervisees. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply for this dynamic position.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 1000 fieldwork hours and one year of experience in ABA.
• Completion of supervised experience requirement under local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the development of supervisees.
