The role demands strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring supervisees.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required for compliance with local regulations.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification is required.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
