Responsibilities include ensuring continuity of care, guiding supervisees, and maintaining compliance with licensure and certification requirements while supporting staff scheduling and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements or BCaBA certification.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation—including e-sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
