This role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence. You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and mentor supervisees in a compliant, ethical framework.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements or BCaBA certification.
• May require additional state-specific credentials depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including e-sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
