Qualifications

• Active state licensure required (CA) and/or BCaBA certification or higher.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong staffing, scheduling, and staffing needs management.
• Excellent documentation and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation (E-Sign, post-hire forms, compliance) is completed timely.
• Mentor and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards aligned with licensure and certification.
