You will collaborate with regional teams to maintain performance, manage scheduling, document compliance, and foster supervisee development while upholding licensure and BCaBA requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• State-specific credentials may be required by service location.
• Program managers must meet regulatory and certification expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is accurate and timely.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
