PBS Corp. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee high-quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams across California locations.

You will coordinate with regional teams to drive client satisfaction, maintain rigorous standards, and optimize operational efficiency. The role requires active state licensure and BCaBA or higher certification; additional state-specific credentials may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
