The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. You will coordinate with regional teams, manage scheduling and staffing, and ensure timely completion of all compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Active licensure inaccordance with state requirements.
• Certification as BCaBA or higher is required.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold clinical and ethical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
