PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of assigned teams.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and strict adherence to licensure and BCaBA certification requirements, with responsibilities spanning program implementation, staffing, scheduling, and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA certification or higher
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location
• Experience in overseeing program implementation and service delivery preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
