This role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scheduling, staff development, and compliance with regulations. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is accurate and timely.
• Monitor and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure/certification requirements.
