PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting professional growth of teams.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, staff scheduling, documentation, and mentoring supervisees, all while maintaining licensure and certification

Qualifications

• Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a BCaBA or higher.
• Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
