PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of teams.

Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, managing scheduling, ensuring documentation accuracy, and mentoring supervisees while maintaining licensure and certification

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
