PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery across assigned clients, ensuring continuity of care and professional growth for teams.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. You will collaborate with regional teams to uphold compliance with licensure and certification requirements while managing scheduling, time-off approvals, and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
