PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of teams.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. You will lead program implementation, collaborate with regional teams, manage scheduling, and ensure documentation and compliance across state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure per local regulatory requirements or BCaBA certification or higher.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
