PBS Corp. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery for assigned clients in California. You will ensure continuity of care, support staff development, and uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating regional teams, maintaining documentation, and mentoring supervisees while adhering to licensure and certification requirements. A strong clinical and organizational leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a BCaBA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
