• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation—E Sign, post‑hire docs, and compliance forms—is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
