Qualifications

• Experience in supervising behavioral health or related services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation (E Sign, post-hire forms, compliance) is completed accurately.
• Mentor supervisees and uphold clinical/ethical standards.
