Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor, supervise, and develop staff; uphold clinical standards.
• Uphold ethical and licensure/certification requirements.
