Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

The ideal candidate holds active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification, and will manage scheduling, documentation, and staff development while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification; additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
