The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, with additional state credentials potentially needed depending on location. You will mentor staff and ensure adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.

• Licensure or certification must be current and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E-Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees in professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure.
