PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery for assigned clients. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Active state licensure and BCaBA or higher certification are required, with additional state-specific credentials possibly needed depending on location. You will supervise teams, manage staffing, and ensure documentation is completed

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
