• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms—are completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
