Job summary

PBS Corp. in California is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff development. You will lead teams, uphold clinical and ethical standards, and support scheduling and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of supervisory ABA experience.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
