Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification is required.
• Experience in program management and supervision is preferred.
• Ability to uphold clinical and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
